From our reading I really like and gathered that the roles of audience/ active listening are very important and are never ending. since from the reading it says that mankind is always in constant communication or negotiation so information is always being spread from person to person. Overall, listening with intent of having conversation about the controversial side of each side is important and helps provide long lasting and impactful information.
